La Settimana 8/13

Monday, 18.2.13:

On my way back to Perugia. After hours of sitting, waiting and doing nothing I finally arrived in Perugia at 9 pm. Right in time for Vita's Lasagne. Best timing in the world :)

Tuesday, 19.2.13:

Today was Flavia's Laurea, the italian graduation. I am so glad that I could flight yesterday to be in Perguia for the Laurea. It was great to see everyone dressed up. Flavia wore highheels and I loved them! It's so weird that she will leave Perugia now forever! But anyway I am so happy that we have met us here in Perugia!
Angelika's parents were here for two weeks to visit her and in the evening they cooked some awesome Piroggi for us. In fact I wanted to go to the Mumford and Son's concert in Florence in march, but Tommaso with whom I wanted to go has to work on this day now. So we will sell the tickets. Too bad...

Wednesday, 20.2.13:

Today I slept pretty long (it was 11.40). Normally in Germany I alway get up quite early. Around 9. But here in Perugia I could sleep the hole day. But this is bad because I don't wanna miss something of the nice sun outside :) We have found a new flatmate who will live here from March till July: Markus who studies also history with me in Bonn.
In the evening Vita, some friends of her, my two finnish flatmates and me went to nice Party in the mensa: Mercoledì Rock! The live band was amazing!

Thursday, 21.2.13:

Today Jürgen and me wanted to do a trip because holidays are soooo boring when you stay all day at home :) So we decided to go to Foligno which is 40 minutes away from Perugia by train. I woke up too early for all the wine I drank last night and we went together to the station in Perugia. Foligno is a very nice city and the best thing: No mountains, hills or stairs at all. Feels like paradise :) The one thing that botherd me were all the road works on the streets. But therefore Foligno will be even nicer in a few months :) The best thing was the museum "Palazzo Trinci" which was once the palast of the Trinci family. Jürgen and me explored all the ways in the museum and there was no one besides us. Our little adventure in a medieval palast. Loving it!

Vita left to her home in the south to vote on the weekend. So one week diet for us who are left behind in Perugia :D

Friday, 22.2.13:

It was raining the hole day. I hate rain. I mean if you are in Italy you expect at least a bit sun.... I went to the post to pay the bill for the internet and the telephone, but don't ask me why we have to pay that in the post...

Saturday, 23.2.13:

Aperol Spritz!
Still raining but who cares we are doing a trip to Todi! Lorenzo, Jürgen, Arek, Angelika and me went there together and the most important thing we brought there was the umbrella! Todi is really nice but I guess when the sun is shining it is even nicer :)
On the way back we stopped at 'handmade' to have an amazing aperativo. When we came back to Perugia we went to Lorenzo's house to drink some wine and then moved on to our place to drink some more and then we were in such a good mood we had to go to Lunabar. Amazing night!
