La Settimana 6/13

Monday, 4.1.13:

In the morning I had my exam. I was so nervous before, because it was in italian and oral. I hate oral exams!
But before I will tell you how it went I have to give you a look in my little daily soap:

I'm writing now for a few weeks with a guy who I met in the internet. Everything is fine, besides that he lives in Germany and I in Italy, but thats ok somwhow. Everthing fine so far. We even wanted to meat each other when I'm in Germany this/next week. So I get up in the morning - totally nervous and everything - and I get a message from his number. But it is not him, it is his girlfriend that he NEVER mentioned. She wrote I should stop writing with her boyfriend immidiatly. I mean is he kidding? He was writing with me all the time that he is single and lonely and all the shit and then I get a message from his GIRLFRIEND!? Unbelievable! Why are guys doing stuff like this? Lie and cheat?! What's the point?

Anyway I was laughing so much when I read this because I could not belive what I just saw. And tried to focus on medieval history and went to the exam. Which was ok, by the way :) I passed with 23 from 30 points... Could have been better, but who cares!

When I came back I had to talk to somebody but everybody was sleeping or in university, so I listend to the old Linkin Park songs and was so angry with him and guys in gerneral.

german dinner

Yesterday I decided to do a little german dinner with Kartoffelklöße, Rotkohl and Chicken in Cream (how to translate Hähnchengeschnetzeltes in Rahmsauce? xD). So I could distract myself from the hole guy-story. After the very delicious dinner with Lorenzo, Jürgen, Giovanni, Vita and Angelika we went out. First to a Talk-evening in the hostel here where we met a lot of nice new people - most foreigners like us who wanted to improve their italian - and then later (after another bottle of wine) to Merlins, where the 'Welcome New Erasmus' Party was. We had a very nice evening, with a baby hangover on the next morning.

Tuesday, 5.2.13:

I did nothing the hole day. Feels so good :) Ah, One thing: Best quote of the day: A hole is a hole. I should stop going on internet dating sites... 

Wednesday, 6.2.13:

I got up way too early to catch the bus to go home to Bonn!!! :) I was sitting and waiting nearly the hole day in the bus or later at the airport. I hate waiting! I bought an italian Cosmopolitan and wasted my time in the McDonalds for nearly 3 hourse, but at some point I could board and finally flew back to Germany :) I arrived arround 6 pm and my father picked me up. Unfortunatly we had some problems with the traffic but when we arrived home my Mum already had cooked something for us. I LOVE HOME <3

Thursday, 7.2.13:

I love beeing a zebra :)

"Wieverfastelovend" started! Or for you who maybe don't know it: The cologne Carnevale Day No. 1. Which means that we will party hard from now till Wednesday, which is the so called "Aschermittwoch".

We started quite early around 9 am in the new flat of a friend and had an awesome breakfast. Best thing to do because we will drink so much that we need a good and rich breakfast: We ate "Mettbröttchen" with onions and then caught the bus to go to the other site of the Rhine: Bonn-Beuel. Place to be when you don't want to go to Cologne, because there it is way to crowded... The weather was weid: Snow, hail, sun. But who cares: It's KARNEVAL :) In Beuel we saw the "Rathaussturm" (kind of attack of the townhall, where the "Princess with her ladys conquers the townhall to rule for this few days....ok, mabye it sounds like a strange tradition, but it's definitely fun :)) After a few hours it was too cold and we decided to go to the friends flat again. We were hanging around till we went around 5 to the city to a party. I promised to come later and went with Eva to our flat to eat something (awesome self-made burger!). Later I visited Lea and surprised her. Awesome surprise!!! You should have seen her face! :D

Friday, 8.2.13:

In the morning I baked a cake for Lea's birthday: Italian chocolate cake. It was so good! We went to her parents to eat the cake and drink some coffee and it was so nice to see them again. After the cake we went to Chris new flat to do some decoration for the birthday party. When everybody was there we had such a lovely party. But unfortunatly I don't remember so buch, besides that I was supposed to drink the Absinth... Anyway it was an awesome surprise that I was there for Karneval and it was such a good decision :)

Saturday, 9.2.13: 

Hangover-Day! Stayed in bed all day long....

Sunday, 10.2.13:

Traditionally we go to Witterschlick, a little village near Bonn to celebrate Karneval. It's more like a big school metting, becauseyou see people you haven't seen for years and most of them you never wanted to see again. This time on the "Zooch" I even caught some sweets. That was the highlight of Karneval when I was a child. After the "Zoch" (don't know how to translate it properbly: it's a "train" of wagons which are dressed and on thoses wagons there are dressed people throwing sweets into the crowd). Laura invited us for a little party in her basement and we had a lot of fun - even if some glassed were broken (I'm sooooo soory, Laura!!!)
After some hourse we decided to go out and went to the village pub. Nice party! But around 9 Lea and me were so tired that we went home. I stayed over night at her place and we did a little pyjama party like we did years before :)
